Department Development ::
Working with Microsoft WebTV, I created a department based on an outline of a department business model for SmartCards. Smart Cards are credit card sized plastic media that has a small chip for holding data that is inserted into the WebTV Unit to provide features. Part of the process of creating the department was to create vendor / partner relations and contract negotiations for deliverable goods. I created the art templates for the various types of cards that would be created and used. I also created SOP's, an Intranet for interdepartmental ordering and tracking, documentation on internal department processing and ordering. Before the department went live I trained the staff for the newly created department. I cam back later to do some minor methodology refinement to streamline the production process and train staff on said processes. I remain an asset to the Smart Card Department for Microsoft. ::
