INTRODUCTION
I am a well-rounded individual with more than ten years of
hands-on computer experience. With extensive knowledge in
digital media production, business management logistics and
client relations, I can adapt, interact and perform in most
situations or environments. My specialty is methodology refinement;
to be able to view the process of a given task, function or
department and increase the efficiency of said process.
QUALIFICATIONS

EMPLOYMENT
1997-Present President, Panalta, Inc.
As President and Front End Architect, my rolls are numerous.
From customer services and cold calls to creating process
documentation, hiring staff and managing contractors, projects
and budgets. Our client list includes Johnson & Johnson,
WebTV, Microsoft, GE, SVC and many more small business and
individuals. Services for said clients range from Corporate
Identity Packages to creating a new department based on a
business model and integrating it into the current company
structure; complete with SOP, and guidelines. Projects also
include, but are not limited to: media production, web sites,
intranets, business literature (print & electronic forms),
sales propaganda, marketing media and product production.

In the same manner as above, with less of a focus on corporate

Responsible for the day to day organization and running of
the business on a customer / production level. Services include,
but are not limited to: customer and public relations, digital
editing (scanning, layout, design and proofing), digital printing
via Fiery XJ300 and trouble-shooting various problems.
1992-1994 MIS Specialist, H & R Macy*s Corp.
After working with buyers to create a better process of ordering
and tracking I took on an advisory/managment role in the redefinition
of the MIS Department for Macy*s. I was directly responsible
for training 71 buyers and assistants as a department manager
and SABER data programmer/analyst. I would also walk the floor
checking on departments product requirements and goals.
